Internet is an interconnection of thousands of computer of types belonging to various networks all over the world it links millions of business or government office etc.Any computer user on the internet can make contact with another computer user on the internet anywhere in the world.Department of the defense of USA started a project network to share data and information in 1960 .This network was called ARPANET .It helped in the development of new protocol known as TCP\IP .The project create a large computer network .It become huge success and every universities wanted to become part of it . It provide file transfer and communication services in mid 1980 .The department of defense dropped ARPANET funding .So another federal agency NSF created a new higher capacity network called NSF and it helped to linked with super computer .The links between ARPANET ,NSF net and other networks called the internet.But the original ARPANET and NSF net were shut down and discontinued in 1990.There after the development of world wide web (WWW) really became popular .Nowadays the internet can be used for the verities of tasks such as mailing,chat,shopping ,education , entertainment etc.WHO CONTROL THE INTERNET No central authority control the internet .If we are connecting to our computer to the internet we are free to use its resources and create our own resources .However there are some organization which are giving direction and guidelines for the proper use of the internet like;
